Cancellation Charges
- Cancellation between 15 and 30 days prior to arrival: 50% retention on the reserved room rate.
- Cancellation less than 15 days prior: 75% retention on the reserved room rate.
- Cancellation less than 72 hours prior to arrival: 100% retention on the reserved room rate.
- No-show (late arrival or non-arrival): no refund is eligible.
- Credit/debit card cancellations are charged 5% extra.
Refund Process
- Refunds for cash/cheque/bank-transfer bookings are processed by cheque.
- Online refunds for website bookings usually take 7–10 working days.
- Credit/debit card refunds are made to the same card and usually take up to 15 working days.
- The original receipt must be presented for processing any refund.
- If a client is charged twice for one transaction, the duplicate amount is refunded via the same source within 7–10 working days.
Applicable taxes on advance amounts may be retained as required by law. Please contact us for any clarification on your specific booking.
